This release is the last version for Blender 2.79.

This release includes a few bugfixes and a new installation procedure. Furthermore, the JOSS publication is included and the license of Phobos was changed to BSD3. This version is for Blender 2.79.

This is our first mighty release of Phobos. We have gathered so many tools and functions that it is time to make our first release. Updates for this release will be added to the release-1.0 branch. This version works with Blender 2.79.
