Lokinet is an anonymous, decentralized and IP based overlay network for the internet.
Lokinet is the reference implementation of LLARP (low latency anonymous routing protocol), a layer 3 onion routing protocol. The project is written primarily in C++, distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 license, first published in 2018.
