mpv-hero

mpv media player from zero to hero. Get quickly and easily started with the popular mpv media player.

So far mpv-hero is only available for Windows.

mpv-hero consists of:

• Original/Vanilla mpv (Website, Download).
• Popular mpv user scripts and tools that enhance mpv.
• mpv and user script config files.

Included user scripts and tools:

• mpv-menu-plugin - The context menu.
• uosc - Feature-rich minimalist proximity-based UI for MPV player.
• thumbfast - High-performance on-the-fly thumbnailer script.
• recent-menu - Showing recently played files.
• command_palette - A searchable menu.
• yt-dlp - A feature-rich command-line audio/video downloader.
